Customer Data: Personal data that we collect, process, and manage on behalf of our business customers (each, a “Customer”; collectively, “Customers”) as part of the Craft products and services (“Platform”). We process Customer Data based on instructions from the respective Customer, in line with our Data Processing Agreement. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy and data processing practices of our Customers, which are governed by their own policies. To understand their policies, please contact them directly.

User Data: Personal data concerning individuals who act on behalf of our Customers and engage with Craft, such as account administrators, users, billing contacts, and authorized representatives on behalf of the Customer. This data includes Customer preferences and needs, as identified by or through engagement with Craft.

Prospect Data: Data related to visitors of our website (www.craftflow.com), participants at events, and any prospective customers, users, or partners (collectively, “Prospects”) who interact with our website, online ads, content, communications, and integrations under our control (the “Sites” and, collectively with the Platform, the “Services”).

Under GDPR, Service Providers are considered Data Processors.

Data Location

Craft Technologies, Inc. processes and stores data within the United States.

Once enabled, the provider of a Third-Party Service may share specific information with Craft. For example, if a Customer enables a single sign-on service, Craft may receive Authorized Users' usernames, email addresses, and additional information necessary for integration. Users should check the privacy settings and notices in these Third-Party Services to understand what data may be disclosed to Craft.

When a Third-Party Service is enabled, Craft is authorized to connect and access relevant information according to permissions granted by the Customer or its Authorized Users. Importantly, Craft does not receive or store passwords for any Third-Party Services connected to the Service.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
