We process Customer Data based on instructions from the respective Customer, in line with our Data Processing Agreement. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy and data processing practices of our Customers, which are governed by their own policies. User Data: Personal data concerning individuals who act on behalf of our Customers and engage with Craft, such as account administrators, users, billing contacts, and authorized representatives on behalf of the Customer. This data includes Customer preferences and needs, as identified by or through engagement with Craft.

Once enabled, the provider of a Third-Party Service may share specific information with Craft. For example, if a Customer enables a single sign-on service, Craft may receive Authorized Users' usernames, email addresses, and additional information necessary for integration. Users should check the privacy settings and notices in these Third-Party Services to understand what data may be disclosed to Craft.
When a Third-Party Service is enabled, Craft is authorized to connect and access relevant information according to permissions granted by the Customer or its Authorized Users. Importantly, Craft does not receive or store passwords for any Third-Party Services connected to the Service.
